Service Description
This consultation goes beyond the surface, with generic health questionnaires and brief discussions to hone in on the problem and find a more supportive and nourishing resolution. Introduce yourself and discuss your concern about a well-being-related issue. This 45-minute booking allows us to get to know each other better and, allows me better insight into your concerns. This thorough consultation goes to the heart of the problem, saving you time, energy and money. By working together, we can get to the root cause of the problem, and begin understanding and planning a solution to resolve your concern.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48hrs notice is required, as clinic time would have been paid for by me, in advance. Regardless of the reason, be it illness (including Covid), or an external event affecting your booking (as both unplanned events would prevent you from attending), cancellation or rescheduling under 48hrs before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment booked. This is not intended as an unfair charge, but is to cover the cost of the booking and the financial implications to the business. Cancellation on the day of the booking or a 'no-show' will incur 100% of the cost of the treatment booked.
